Butterfly shape symmetry

We enjoyed using shapes to decorate our butterflies so that the patterns were symmetrical.

Symmetry again

We used maths equipment to make symmetrical patterns with a partner. Our partner made a pattern on one side of the ruler and then we had to make the mirror pattern of it on the other side of the ruler. We had lots of fun making our patterns.
